"Jill is truly phenomenal! After a State Farm agent through whom, I had purchased two whole life insurance policies over the years retired, Casey Whitmarsh's State Farm office took over the servicing of those policies. I eventually purchased a supplemental health insurance policy, through Chad with Casey Whitmarsh's agency (Chad is also phenomenal)! In the months following my purchase of the supplemental health policy, Jill would periodically call me to offer to give me quotes for homeowner's, auto, and umbrella policies. She was always so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly; never hard-sell. In fact, speaking with Jill, is like visiting with an old friend, who happens to know an awful lot about insurance! Jill's initial calls to provide quotes did not yield significantly different rates, than what I had with my existing policies. We both decided to stay in touch, because the future might yield different rates. When in January, 2026 I received renewal quotes from my existing homeowner's and umbrella policies carrier, they were significantly higher; particularly, the umbrella policy. This, in spite of the fact I had never filed a claim, in the two years I held the policies. The renewal quote for my auto policy did, however, offer a lower rate to renew. I immediately called Jill, who provided me with current rate quotes. For all three policies, these rates came in significantly lower than my current carrier's rates. I did not hesitate to cancel my renewals with my previous carrier, and to purchase the policies with State Farm. Even the premium for my new auto policy with State Farm is lower than the lowered renewal rate my previous carrier had offered! The lower rates with essentially the same coverages are so welcome! But what I think is more important, is that in the first time in years, I have an insurance agent who knows me. Gone are my 1-800 days! The care for and interest in me expressed by both Chad and Jill are really the best win, and investment. If you are looking to establish a business relationship with insurance professionals who really know insurance and understand how to apply that knowledge to your best interests, you just won't do better than Chad and Jill, with Casey Whitmarsh."

"I'm a big fan of StateFarm but I'm a bigger fan of Jill! Aside from Jill's excellent client service & highly competent in determining my insurance, financial & long-term needs, she's also fun! A few months ago, I ended my coverage as I was planning to move abroad; however, since plans changed, I did not bother nor consider looking elsewhere for quotes because my past & present experience with StateFarm was always very positive. Mainly, because of my interactions with Jill. Whether I had a silly question or about billings of sorts about my policy, Jill was attentive, knowledgeable with options & solutions. "I purchased an auto policy through Whitmarsh, dealing with Thiago. Geico hung me out to dry when purchasing a new car, so I was in a bind needing to provide proof of insurance ASAP. I was embarrassed by how frenetic I was when I called, but somehow Thiago got all of the information and it was right. I tried other agencies before Whitemarsh, none of their agents could do that, communicating even the VIN was very painful. Thiago was awesome, quick, accurate, easy to deal with, everything. He also seemed to find information himself every quickly, I basically gave him my name, address and VIN, everything else he just knew. These guys were pretty much neck and neck with the cheapest, maybe a few dollars more every six months. I was just impressed all around. I will absolutely pay a few bucks more to deal with this caliber of people. Thanks Thiago!"
